Shop’s rules and regulations – the validity scope
These rules and regulations specify the conditions of purchase via Infusion internet shop.
The sales contract/agreement
Presenting goods on website in our shop is purely informative and does not constitute an offer in terms of Civil Code, being an invitation to place an offer. By sending the order via our website a client places an offer to conclude a sales contract regarding a specified type of goods. Placing the order by the client does not stand for concluding a sales contract. The client receives a confirmation (via mail) of Infusion having received the order (so-called order confirmation). The character of order confirmation is purely informative and does not represent the offer received/accepted by Infusion.
A sales contract is concluded once the order and package delivery confirmation is sent to an e-mail address indicated by the client (so-called shipment confirmation). The sales contract conditions will be presented to the client in writing on his/her specific demand. In-fusion goods are sold in retail only. Infusion reserves the right to turn down the order without giving reasons. Goods ordered via Infusion website can also be delivered to a destination outside Poland. It is not allowed to buy products from polish language version of the shop (http://infusion.pl/pl_PL/index) using english language version of the shop and its terms of shipping.

In order to exercise this right , a client within the period of time specified earlier, is obliged to submit a written statement on withdrawing from the contract to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of withdrawing from the contract the agreement is seen as non-concluded, exempting the client from any commitments. What parties provided is to be returned in an unchanged state (complete, exhibiting no damage, originally packed). Goods and the invoice should be sent back without delay, within 14 days at the following address:

The consequences of withdrawing from the contract.
In case of withdrawing from the contract, both parties are obliged to mutual return of the services. We kindly ask you to give us your bank account number, if we do not have it yet. If a client cannot return the received goods as a whole, partially or the goods can only be returned in worse shape, then the client is obliged to compensate for the loss in goods value. This does not refer to the situation when the goods lost in value due to a client checking their functionality – as it would have been possible if the shopping had been done in a shop. The loss of value and the obligation of equivalent return could be avoided if you abandon to use the ordered articles as well as refrain from all the activities affecting their shape/state in an negative way.
The seller is responsible for goods return that can be sent as a parcel/package. Clients are charged for returnable package when the goods delivered comply with the order ( the kind, name, size, color). In other cases the client is not charged for goods return. Infusion commitment regarding payment return has to be set within 14 days since the day withdrawing from the contract, i.e the moment Infusion receives the client’s statement on withdrawing from the contract.
The cost of returnable package
If the client exercises the right to withdraw from the contract they are obliged to cover the costs of returnable package. This is not the case when the goods delivered do not comply with the order.
Warranty and responsibility
Infusion holds responsibility towards a client if the goods, the moment they are issued, do not comply with the contract based on the act of 27th July 2002 on specific consumer sales conditions and Civil Code Change.
The prices and package costs
The prices based on which the order is placed are in effect. The time-bound promotion period is given by the shop. All the prices are given in Polish zloty and they all include VAT ( currently 8% and 23%) . All the detailed information regarding the package costs are given on “Shipping cost” page.
